Rebecca B Chalmers BHSAI Reg
Rebecca is qualified
to instruct and she is also on the BHS Register of Instructors.
This involves having an up to date First Aid at Work Certificate
and certified attendance on a Child Protection course.
Rebecca
regularly attends training Teaching to keep her practices and techniques
up to date. She is also a competitor at local and national level
showing highland ponies and competing her young horses in dressage,
show jumping and eventing competitions.
She
has worked in many fields (excuse the pun!) including dressage,
hunting, showing hacks & riding horses at county level, and
on eventing and racing yards.
She
also spent two years near Lambourn backing yearlings and preparing
them for racing. This was invaluable experience and has shaped the
way she backs and brings on young horses ever since, she has learnt
never to cut corners! She bought her first Highland pony as a two
year old 14 years ago and has been an enthusiast ever since.
